Yelp’s AI can now take reservations over the phone

Yelps launches Yelp Host and Yelp Receptionist AI agents for restaurants. Host will answer calls, take reservations, and manage bookings for understaffed eateries. Receptionsist will handle incoming calls and collect details needed to vet leads.
