Netflix shuts down its Squid Game mobile studio

Boss Fight Entertainment, the studio behind Squid Game: Unleashed, has been shut down. Netflix acquired the studio in March 2022. Netflix declined to comment. The shutdown follows persistent layoffs across the industry.
