Google Suffers Setback in Fight Over EU’s EUR 4.1 Billion Fine

Googles fight against a record EUR 4.1 billion (4.7 billion) European Union antitrust fine has suffered a blow. Advocate General Juliane Kokott of the EUs Court of Justice said in a non-binding opinion that Googles appeal should fail.
