Apple Must Allow Alternative Browser Engines on iOS by December Under Japan's New Mobile Software Competition Act

Apple will be forced to allow browsers that do not function on the WebKit browser engine. This will essentially allow other web browsers and in-app browsers to use other browser engines like Blink and Gecko.
