Proton launches 'Data Breach Observatory' to track personal info leaks

Proton launched the Data Breach Observatory to track data leaks on the dark web. The company is behind Proton VPN and other encrypted apps like Proton Mail and Proton Drive. Proton plans to update the Observatory in "near real time" according to its research.
