Apple suffers setback in UK App Store fee lawsuit

Apple will not be granted a preliminary option for appealing a landmark antitrust ruling in the UK. Apple's next recourse, if it wants to not pony up more than 1 billion in damages, is to take its case directly to the UK Court of Appeal.
