I need Wave Race: Blue Storm and its cheesy cool to return to the Switch 2's GameCube Classics collection

With the launch of Nintendo's Switch 2 we finally got a chance to revisit the GameCube's outstanding F-Zero GX. Despite some wonky controls, it's a game that still stands up today. No wonder Nintendo hasn't attempted to better it.
