Google will let creators generate videos for YouTube Shorts using the Veo 3 AI model 

YouTube Shorts will soon be able to use AI generated images and videos as a background for their videos. This will allow creators to generate elaborate and fairly polished-looking video clips to use in their shorts with just a text prompt.
