Chrome’s latest experiment could change how you start a search

Google Chrome Canary is testing new Nano Banana and Deep Search buttons that plug AI prompts directly into the search box. Nano Banana appears to cue image generation, while Deep Search suggests Gemini-powered research. Both currently require Chrome flags to enable.
