Apple has sold 3 billion iPhones but Android is still king of the world

Apple has sold over 3 billion iPhone units since its introduction in 2007. The iPhone contributed to almost 44 billion in sales for the AprilJune quarter of 2025. Apple took just four years to reach this milestone since completing sales of 2 billion units back in 2021.
