YouTube has loosened its content moderation policies

YouTube is now instructing reviewers not to remove content that might violate its rules if theyre in the public interest, according to a report from The New York Times. The platform reportedly adjusted its policies internally in December, offering examples that included medical misinformation and hate speech.
