Will Android ‘App Cast’ let you stream apps from device to device? (APK teardown)

Google Play Services shows evidence of an in-development App Cast tool. While its full functionality is unclear, it appears able to gather info about remote Android devices. One possibility could be the ability to remotely stream apps from one Android device to another.
