Trump claims the US-China trade war is over

US President Donald Trump says he has reached a deal with China. Under the agreement, China will keep tariffs at 55 percent, and allow American universities to keep accepting Chinese students. The agreement is still subject to final approval by Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
