Tether User Base Crosses 500 Million Mark as Stablecoin Supply Nears $182 Billion

Tether, the worlds largest stablecoin issuer now has over 500 million users. CEO Paolo Ardoino called the achievement a financial inclusion milestone. Tether also plans to launch a new US-regulated stablecoin called USAT later this year.
