OpenAI no longer has to preserve all of its ChatGPT data, with some exceptions

The New York Times is suing OpenAI for copyright infringement. In May, a federal judge ordered OpenAI to preserve all of its ChatGPT data. The AI giant appealed the order, arguing that it was an "overreach"
