One UI 8 beta 2 is now rolling out to Galaxy S25 phones, Poland and India regions join in

Samsung released the first open beta of One UI 8 for the Galaxy S25, S25 and S25 Ultra. It was available for users in the US, the UK, Germany and South Korea. The second beta arrived today and it adds two new markets.
