Microsoft’s Xbox handheld is a good first step toward a Windows gaming OS

Microsoft and Asus' Xbox Ally devices are debuting this week. The device runs Windows 11, but the Xbox PC app takes over and goes full-screen. I've spent enough time with the devices to get a feel for how well they work.
