Microsoft And Video Game Workers Union Reach Tentative Agreement On Labor Contract

Communications Workers of America, the union representing QA testers at ZeniMax, announced today that it has reached a tentative agreement on a labor contract with Microsoft. If implemented, this contract will be one of the first to go into effect at a big AAA game publisher.
