Laid-off workers should use AI to manage their emotions, says Xbox exec

Microsoft is laying off as many as 9,100 employees across the company. Xbox Game Studios executive Matt Turnbull suggested using AI chatbots to help with resumes, career planning, and applying for new roles. Turnbull acknowledged that people have some strong feelings about AI tools.
