Instagram Adds Support for 3:4 Aspect Ratio Photos Shot Using Smartphone Cameras

Instagram now supports 3:4 aspect ratio photos, a default format for many smartphone cameras. Users can now upload images without the need for prior cropping. Previously, the platform only allowed images in 5:4 or 1:1 (square) aspect ratios.
