I’m fed up with ads on my Google TV, so I got rid of them with this third-party launcher

The number of sponsored content suggestions has steadily increased over the years to the point of frustration. I find sponsored content unacceptable after paying a fair price for the underlying hardware. Google doesn't offer an ad-free option either.
