Exclusive: Google Pixel Watch 4 to use the same processor as Pixel Watch 2 and 3

Googles next-gen Pixel Watch 4 is keeping the same Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chip thats been used since the Pixel Watch 2. Both 41mm and 45mm models should receive slightly larger batteries.
