Dragon Age: Origins Wasn't Meant To Be The Origin Of A Series

Former BioWare executive producer Mark Darrah says Dragon Age: Origins was intended to be a standalone game. Darrah said that some unresolved story threads had to be abandoned. Dragon Age became known as BioWare's fantasy series alongside Mass Effect.
