Deerhoof did not want its music ‘funding AI battle tech’ — so it ditched Spotify

Spotify founder Daniel Ek invested in German defense group Helsing. Helsing raised 600 million euros in its most recent funding round. Ek's venture capital firm Prima Materia led the investment.
