Borderlands 4 PC hardware requirements ask for an RTX 2070 as a minimum, but a 3080 is recommended

Borderlands 4 releases on 12th September. Developer Gearbox has revealed the PC hardware specs you'll need to run the game at a decent or intended level - essentially the minimum and recommended PC specs.
