Apple will let third-party developers use Apple Intelligence models to empower their apps

Foundation Models will let developers access the same models that power on-device Apple Intelligence. Because these models run locally using the Apple Silicon chips on your iPhone or iPad, they can be made available wholly offline, and with no associated cloud API costs.
